Issued 4:00 PM NST 11 December 2017 Tonight and Tuesday At 4:00 p.m. NST today departing low 991 mb located southeast
of Greenland.

At 4:00 p.m. NST today intensifying trough located on a line
east-west over the southern Northwest Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 p.m. NST Tuesday departing trough located southeast of
the Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:50 PM NST 11 December 2017 A trough of low pressure over the Northwest Labrador Sea will track
southward across the Labrador Sea tonight then move away on Tuesday.
Gale force southwesterlies to the south of the trough will shift to
gale force northwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Lake Melville.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters except the East Labrador Sea.
